Blood, Sweat & Tears

This publication was given out at the London College of Communication MA exhibition. I was leading this project which wasn’t easy, because as all university projects are, we had no budget for it or time to do it. However, we were forced to think outside the box and come up with solutions to save time and money. They turned out to be what set the publication apart.

Process and Production

All 1500 copies, all printed manually on a Riso machine, hand-folded, and assembled. The Riso machine creates a handmade texture and no two pages are the same. We also decided to wrap the covers with posters. Each poster was designed by a student, representing either ‘blood’ ‘sweat’ or ‘tears’ in an abstract way.
