The Red Pear Theater Story
Hilary came to me with an incredible story. She and her husband built an independent theater in the South of France. It started off in their living room and slowly grew into a hotspot for independent productions. This book documents the theatre’s journey. The design is focused on showcasing the posters, images, and newspaper clippings that Hilary has meticulously collected over the years.

The Artstor Experience on Jstor
The Artstor website was being integrated into JSTOR’s platform. A video was needed to reassure the students that the features they were used to will still be available.

General Strike
The General Strike group aims to get 3% of the United State’s population to join a general strike. I helped with creating an identity and graphics to spread the word. For more information about the strike, check out the linktree

Heyterra
Samantha started the Heyterra blog as a way to share sustainable travel ideas for families. Her husband is a photographer so she had gorgeous photographs and great ideas. The identity is based on taking the long way from point A to point B because the journey can be more intresting than the destination.

Ithaka handouts
While visiting university fairs, Ithaka’s sub-brands take a few printed materials with them to hand out to the students. They’re usually done last minute and looked like an afterthought. I developed a system of Canva templates that are easy to use by all the company employees.

Save the Press
In the first seventy days of the Gaza genocide, ninety journalists were killed. Each bullet hole represents one journalist and with each bullet, the vest is slowly disintegrating.

Blood, Sweat & Tears
For my MA final project exhibit I worked on a publication along with 2 other students. It included student projects, interviews with professionals and each one was covered with a poster designed by one of the students. We had very limited funds so it was printed manually using a riso printer, giving it a unique tactile look.

Judge by the cover
This is a collection of book covers I’ve designed over the years. Some are from my time as an intern at Penguin Random House, some as freelance projects and others are personal projects.

ALJ Annual Report 1
When working at the Brand Union Dubai one of our clients came to us with a problem. Young people were not interested in working for them. Instead of creating an advertising campaign, we dug deeper into the company and found that community initiatives is a big part of what they do. We decided to design an annual report where each spread is a story of someone the company helped.

ALJ Annual Report 2
Working on this community initiatives report for two years in a row was a gift. I decided to contrast what we did last year and stick to black and white while keeping the handmade feel that gave the first report its unique look.
